Can you create more than two characters in TERA?

Because i saw some videos on you tube. They have 4 or more characters but when i tried. it says cannot create more. any idea pls?

If i cant make more than 2. then i will probably delete my first hero. but can i trasfer the LION MOUNT to my second character if i already LEARNED the riding skill? pls let me know before i take action.

Btw, its my first ever mmorpg. im still learning all the stuffs and not yet familiar with shortcut words.. thanks inadvance!

You need to buy Character Slots. Of the Cash Shop or of the Trade Broker. It inceases the Character Slot by 1, up to 13. It is for this server only.

Negative. Once you learn it, it is bound to character. Unless you bought the account mount which you can pull out endless amount of skill books as long as your account is alive.

Founders get 8 free slots. Was a nice surprise when I came back.

I picked up tera when i seen walmart one day selling it cheap. I keeped the game for a good while never used. It went to free to play at some point but still had the retail game not used. So i loged into my account used the code with the game and it gave me founders account level, Like above it was covered founders get free 8 slots. A good idea is if you can find a retail box not used it can get you founders account level.
I know some games getting ready to go on to free to play and i picked up those retail games cheap and going to use for boosted account level.

You can still get the disk copy at Wal-Mart and GameStop and online at Amazon. You save like $70 that way no exaggeration.

Im late but this is the only thread I noticed on the matter. I had 3 characters on a server, I deleted all of them cause I wanted a fresh start to the game since I had not played in a while. But after I deleted them I could only make 2 characters. What is up with this? They just suddenly wanted to start cash grabbing on character slots and even took them away from older players or what?
