"The Exiled Realm of Arborea" has stopped working and "Error: ffff:ffff Fatal Game Client Exception"

So I was trying to play TERA yesterday, but every time I hit the play button it gave me the above errors. I did the file repairs on both the launcher and Steam, and just about everything else on the Fatal Client Exception page but it refuses to let me play. When I did the troubleshoot computer option, it gave me this: OVERALL RESULTS:
Your system meets the recommended system requirements.

DETAILS:

NETSTAT: OK
DNS: OK
PORTS: FAIL

Also tried doing stuff like running the launcher as an administrator, but no luck. Any help would be great.

NOTE: Only reason I put this in General Discussion was because it looked like nobody was responding to anything in Tech Help.
