I can't Enchanting Gear/Armor, Dismantle, or Upgrade

Enchanting:

So, I am able to enchant my weapons that can be enchanted but I also see that people can enchant armor and I haven't the slightest clue how they did it.

I'm level 44 Mystic, now, and I've seen people at lower levels with enchanted gloves/boots/etc. And I've checked every. single. time. I. got. new. gear. that I've earned, and yet NONE OF THEM let me enchant them! Only the Avatar Weapons!

Am I doing something wrong? Is my game bugged? Am I missing something or not have the right tier enchanting items? Cuz I have up to tier 3 at the moment, which they all say they enchant gear levels 1-60. Do I need a special scroll? Do I need to enchant my gear through an NPC? Is it because I'm playing FTP and not Elite status or something???

Dismantling:

To put it simply, I can't. The wikia claims I can dismantle armor and weapons, but all of the gear I get remain shadowed and untouchable when I click on the "dismantle" button in the Inventory menu. I'm not gonna bother with a screenshot or video bc it's just that plain and simple.

Upgrading:

Same issue as everything else. Left-clicking/dragging/right-clicking doesn't work to move +9 weapons into the upgrading slot when I open the menu.

I've checked online for information on ALL of this, but almost all of it is either from 2012-2015, and/or it just talks about enchanting/masterwork for weapons after hitting max lvl. Worse, yet, I can't find a list of gear that's enchantable, so I'm stuck guessing. :T

Even the youtube tutorial videos just show me exactly what I try to do, but, again, it's always about after hitting max level. And yet, how are lower lvl players able to enchant their gear and not me???

I feel like I'm missing out on half the game because of this issue. I hope I'm just overlooking something important, cuz at this rate I might not bother using my second character slot in the main menu and just quit after hitting lvl 65 (cuz it would bother me if I didn't at least do that).

Not all gear is enchant able, just do the weapon.

Iirc dismantling only works for old items you can't get anymore.

Upgrading (masterwork) is a thing of the past.

You shouldn't worry about any of these things until you hit max level and also don't spend real money until then.

Until you reach level 60, the only equipment you can enchant is the relic weapons you get through levelling up. Basically until you reach level 60, or 65 in most things, you are locked from access enchanting, upgrading, and most stuff.

Low level players CANT enchant or upgrade equipment with the weapon exception (and it must be the relic one, not a regular one), so i dont have a clue what did you see or what did you hear.

Once you reach level 60 you can start enchanting armor and probably footwear and handwear (honestly i cant remember). But not all of em. And when you reach level 65 then you are able to enchant, upgrade and whatever.

As Hodman said, dont worry about any of it until you reach end game, and whatever you do NEVER EVER invest real money in the game. Its not worthy at all, specially after the last patch where the devs demonstrated again that they dont care at all about the customers and the quality of the game itself.
