Gameforge account link doesn't work...

If you already have a gameforge account, there isn't a way to link with the link they provide?

Says I already have an account (Login) to the account but gives no login only options to register a new account?

^ Hasn't even transfer service yet and already running into issues?

Also I removed gameforge launcher cause it froze my pc

If you're stuck in the enmasse log in page, make sure you don't have adblocker/pop up blocker on. It might block the elements.

I went on my tablet and got it to work through that and synced it up to my already made gameforge account

Chrome and Edge are built on the same framework so if those don't work for you, use Firefox (and vice versa for Firefox not working).

I was also having problems on Firefox but Edge worked a charm!

I've been having supreme amounts of problems migrating my account too but on the Gameforge site it says how we can't migrate our Steam Client till November 12? (Unless I'm understanding it totally wrong)

I keep getting error message of Migration failed. Please try again. If this issue persists please contact support. and can't even get a hould of gameforge support as there support login to create a ticket is not working for them how can i fix this. My game play stuff is now lost for ever do to can not migrate. my data.

Gameforge support website doesn't require an existing gaming Gameforge account, you can just create a support account to contact them.

Do you have an en masse account linked to your Tera or just a steam account with Tera? If you have an en masse account you can migrate now. If you don't you'll have to wait till steam migration system launches.

Went to https://support.enmasse.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052967794-TERA-Service-Moving-Info and followed the link to the migration page.

Consistently getting the "Migration failed. Please try again," no matter which browser I use. Anyone contact support and hear anything back?

is there any were or could someone say how long the "migrate" well take i'm new to tera and was having fun with tell gameforge client started to just say the game is currently unavailable to you. please contact support witch is a dead end

To migrate my account was a nightmare as well until I used the same login information for the gameforge account. So what I did was
1) Log into en Masse tera account and follow the links to migrate Tera
2) agree to all the options and click migrate account
3) enter the account email for en masse tera account in both fields and the en masse password . press enter... et voila!
