How Do I Migrate

My account is under Steam so I don't understand why it takes me off to some website for migration. It asks me to log in but as far as I know I don't have a password? So How do I migrate?

You need the e-mail and password from your En Masse account then it forces you to make a Game Forge account and download the launcher.

the publisher enmasse is being shut down and they are migrating all accounts over to gameforge whatever email you used for your steam i believe is the same email used for the migration but dont quote me on this because im not 100% sure as of right this moment still digging up more information but hope this helps!

It seems you can't. When I asked to migrate it wanted me to download a launcher, which is not part of Steam.

There is no steam. you will be using gameforge launcher. Why do you need steam?

Forums, friends, having all games in one place, the usual reasons. If it is not in Steam then I probably won't play it again.

I am getting error while migrating

Not sure which supt to contact. Anyone had these issues. Pls help

I keep getting the same "Migration failed. Please try again. If this issue persists please contact support." message too. Their process is broken because the page where you're supposed to login/register has no place to login... it's just a registration box.

It is a bug from gameforge side...I raised a support ticket and they fixed it yesterday from their end and now my accnt migrated but now when now the gameforge client is asking me to install the game again...and I launched new ticket for same as I already have game installed. They reply quick within one day..lets see

I migrated the account, erased the game and installed the game through the other launcher. Now it doesn't let me play and tells me to contact assistance. I hope I didn't lose my character.

NA servers from the gameforge launcher doesn't go live until Nov 12th. that's why you're getting the error messages. if only you had read everything in the email you received. you wouldn't be panicking lol

if you click play on Tera in steam,it should ask you which region you want. Itjust did this for me
