Can't create new character.

Everytime I try to create a new character, I finish picking what I want and customizing it and all that, Then come time to create a name for it. The server dies, And says check your internet. All the while my Internet is working perfectly fine.

there's an unseen time limit before your connection times out from inactivity... which applies during the charicter creation phase. And no, doing things to make said charicter doesn't reset it. So you basically have to figure out what your going for and then try to set it up as fast as possible to squeak in under the invisable deadline.

Yeah, not fun, do not like it.

Edit: To be fair, it's possible to end up taking a LOT of time tweaking little stuff in char gen for TERA. Which is why this becomes an issue. If you could just set it up ahead of time and then upload it, that would dodge the issue but as far as I know that's not an option.

What a strange issue, You'd think since it's been present for some time that they would of fixed it by now. But I did manage to create a new character, Wanted a change from my gunner. Went with a Demonic Slayer. Created her in less than 2 minutes.

I also have trouble in creating my character. In my case, the Complete button is never clickable. What should I do?

In case the issue is still present; I had a similar issue before. However, I was able to get around the issue by putting in the name of my character first before I started refining appearance.
