Can't buy more inventory space

whenever i try and buy more it just says can't do that right now does anyone know why?

You can only buy a certain number of expansions from the NPC. The rest have to come from consumables you can buy from the cash shop or auction house. Think you might get some from quests as well, but not sure.

There use to be a couple story questions in the 30s/40s that gave extra inventory space, but I believe that was phased out back when Brawlers first hit NA and now you can just buy those ones from the Manager.

Otherwise, yes it does require you to buy them from the TERA store, or from the auction house. You can have a max of 120 inventory slots, but I've never need any past 96.
