anyone having a glitch with "unveil the mask?" story quest?

at the portion where you go into the arachna lair or whatevs, go to the top floor and kill Kaligos and Telemnas to to access Morbolith mills, and they are not in the area. There was not multiple channels in the area for me to go between on the server.

Anyone else run into this problem, and if so how did you solve it?
