[Fixed] Problems with the quest "Revelation of the goddess"!

Hi everyone,

There is a quest that I am trying to finish but I have to speak to "Ciebel " to go in the Velik's Santuary and she isn't here. Plz, don't say where she is, I already know that. No only that, but I try to teleport to that Santuary with scoll and I meet the godess Vilik. The problems is that there wasn't a bottom for my quest. So, I'm still stuck in that quest and I don't know what do to.

Is there anyone have a idea of what should I do to finish that quest ? I seach a solution for that problem on the internet and I didn't found anything.

P.s: I already did all other story quest of the game.

You have to speak with Ciebel first, she isn't in the Sanctuary

I already know that, but she isn't in the place that you show in the screenshot.

If you did quests out of order, ciebel will bug out and not appear anymore. In order for her to appear again, you must do the quest seeking the core and finish revelation of the goddess before seeking the core. If you already finish seeking the core, you can no longer talk to ciebel to get to velik.

Then, I guess it's to late for me. I hope that the developers of the game will fix that.

Update: I send a message to the support of Tera and they fixed the problem for me. So, if you have the same problem that me, contact them.
