Why no offers?

I've got both the LEGO Indiana Jones games on the xbox but with the release of the SteamDeck I'd really like to pick them up on Steam for on the go usage....however they never seem to be on offer and I don't want to pay full price for something I've already got on another platform.

Since its the Lego Festival I thought we'd see these games on offer but there is no sign of it.

Yeah, I've been waiting on both Lego Indiana Jones games to go on sale. I'm really surprised that they weren't included.

Does anyone know why?

I've just heard about the cdkeys.com website and decided to give it a go, it all looks legit and hopefully it is I've actively avoided such sites due to such incidents as this:
