Sorry for my English.
For the LEGO game, go into the game's graphics options and select "V-synch". Oddly, doing this will also fix the "sticky bridge" problem.
This is the only fix that I'm aware of to fix the bridge/jumping problem. If, for some reason, you can't turn on v-synch from within the game, you might look into using a graphics utility to turn it on, such as NVIDIA control panel.
Another idea is to try running the game in a window or full-screen--the opposite of whatever way you're doing it now. Sometimes, this will cause new graphical options or resolutions to become available. Then, once you select the options you want, you can put the windowed status back to the way you originally wanted it.
Just brainstorming...
