BUG: Dual Monitors

Found a bug while running both my monitors. I normally run streams or youtube videos on my second monitor while playing on my main. Today I tried it out in Frostpunk to find out the game glitches video while anything is on the second monitor. Not sure what is causing the issue. I moved the tab to my main monitor for the glitching to stop, move it back and it starts again. I tried changing video settings, fullscreen, to windowed mode, to fullscreen windowed with the same results. Closed the game and opened other games to check if were a local pc issue, but couldn't recreate the issue.

While typing this report, I opened a new google tab (blank) with no issues in game. Problem only occurs while Twtich and/or youtube videos are playing on the second monitor. The game will flash and glitch out until the video is closed.

Any feedback is appreciated.

I run triple monitors, and normally have twitch running on one while I play without issues, and have never noticed it happen. I'm thinking then it might be a video card or driver issue.

i dont necessarily have this exact issue, but i do have an issue of not being able to move the game to my main screen (screen marked as 1), the game starts on my second screen (marked as 2) which happens to be my desktop.

windowed mode over scans my second screen and leaves no menu bar on top so i can grab and move the game.

windowed mode sucks in general on all games, aside from the obvious bug i mentioned about it above.

fullscreen exclusive locks mouse to game for some odd reason (also to note, no game devs or microsoft has even made an attempt to fix/workaround the issues with fullscreen and gaming).

fullscreen borderless is only viable option in my case, but doesnt work in 1 of the 2 workarounds i tested.

the game also has no "move to monitor 1 or 2" option which i would expect in most games now a days.

I have this same issue, except opposite. Any time I play a YouTube video on the second monitor, the video lags like crazy. Unlike anything I've ever seen on YT. Audio is completely fine though. Alt+tab out of the game, with it still running unpaused, fixes the problem.. until I go back to Frostpunk window.

Never seen anything like it. How'd they manage to do something like this?
