【HELP】Windows11にて起動できない Unable to start on Windows 11

Windows11にてこのゲームが起動できません。
ゲーム起動のハードウエア構成条件は満たしています。
Windowsのアップデートや、ドライバの更新、クリーンインストール
ゲーム自体の再インストール、データの整合性の確認、電力設定の見直し、
セキュリティーソフト関連設定など一般的なことは行いました。
しかし、タスクバーにアイコンは表示されるのですがゲームが全く起動できません。
似たような症状やなにかご存じの方おられましたら
起動方法についておしえてください。

It has been over 10 days since I contacted support, but I have not heard anything. I am sending a screenshot of this screen and the specified data to your company in the prescribed manner. I have checked all my emails, SPAM, and trash, but I haven’t received any emails from your company. I was able to receive an email stating that ‘the support request has been accepted’, so I don’t think it’s a domain issue. The request number is 22438. Please check. It’s still not resolved.
