Hunters hut need heating?

title, noticed it doesnt have heaters so, its safe to place em on completely unheated areas?

Yes. Except during storms; in this case, the hunters will go to work in the huts, but since they can't hunt during storms, they'll just stay there freezing (I made that mistake one time). But outside of storms yes, you can build all of your huts in the fringes of your city, and just remove the workers during storms.

It is prudent to provide heating along the path from your housing area to the Hunter Huts/Hangers, as your citizens can become ill while they travel to and from work as well.

During storm, just remove workers from the huts, since they can't hunt anyway.
