Hello everyone

I've created a custom config.bin file that launches the game in Windowed mode at a fairly low resolution

Overwrite the config.bin file contained in

%appdata%/11bitstudio/frostpunk

And the game will launch in windowed mode.

Given the OP's URL is filtered, I wouldn't trust the hosting site
