Somebody please tell me how you get 10 Steam Cores out of Winterhome

Every *wonderful* FAQ and walk-through leads me to believe that I'm missing these four steam cores that you don't find from exploring. I have six that I've used: Infirmary, Factory, Wall Dill, Coal Mine, and Steam Coal Mine (all of which I built). WTH are these other four cores?

[General Idea]

You start with four steam cores and if you send a scout to follow the trail to the abandoned trailer you'll find six more. I savescum that location to make sure I don't lose all the resources already been carried by the scout.

Yeah scouting is essential, plus as you send more people to the Dreadnaught you need less resources and can scrap old buildings and stuff so if you have any steamcore buildings/automatons just take them apart and send them to the dreadnaught.
