Can't treat gravely ill prisoners

They just die... man the prisons suck in this game, you're basically shooting yourself in the foot every time you use the ability.

Yea I get that problem too! I usually shut down the prison building so that the sick prisoners go to treatment then turn it back on again. Careful about the discontent though.

They need to add a feature to pardon specific prisoners instead of having to let them all go.

Disable prison and re-enable it after a few seconds. Works fine.

Dude, the game is broken, and that is a fact. That is what matters. The situation forces you to make silly workarounds like that, which you really shouldn't have to.

Like with all other buildings in this game, the more you heat it the less the people inside get sick and die.

Heating won't matter when they're already ill before they get imprisoned.
