Child Shelter not being used.

Hello, coming here to say my Child Shelters aren't being used.

Details are that i have 3 Child Shelters during the Refugees scenario. The buildings are saying 35 children are not in shelter.

Attached screenshot. On the flipside of things, my workshops still have a 20% bonus.

If you have 35 children and only 2 child shelters, 20 will be allocated to the Child Shelter but then WALK to the workshop building during the day to help, so the Child Shelter APPEAR empty but can not be used by the other children without Child Shelters cause they are already allocated.

You need more child shelters. One per 10 children. What the total number of children in your city right now? Even if they appear empty most of the time, you need 1 per 10 children.

Looks like you have 2 child shelters (so 20 are ok) and the other 15 are without.

Pretty sure a shelter houses 15 children, rest is accurate tho.

I am guessing you have 80 children in total, 45 in shelters and 35 without. You would need 3 more shelters to house those 35. They don't list the children but that is because they are probably either in workshops or medical facilities helping.

Either way, it is not a big conrcern frankly. Leave them without shelter nothing bad will happen.

Yeah, when you make child shelters at the beginning for the 15 children you have, you get a permanant bonus. When you have the children help, regardless how many children there are, there's only a 6% boost. It's not really worth making 10 child shelters if they're going to provide nothing of use after the first one. Maybe if the bonus increased with the number of children. Otherwise you're building and heating buildings that will be empty and do nothing to provide for you. Pretty much a waste.
