The Instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0x The memory could not be read
I haven't been able to play the game at all until now. (Always Exited the game after starting the campaign)

But recently there is actually an Errormessage saying "The Instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0x00000000 The memory could not be read" or something like that

Methods of fixing I have already tried:
- GPU drivers are updated to the newest ones! (one of the "solutions" that was suggested most of the time)
- Installed the newest Microsoft Visual C++ Redisputable
- Lower the graphic setting to the lowest possible
- Run as admin and compatibility mode for Windows 8
- Turned off Steam Overlay and verfied files
- Pray to Osiris, Athena or Thor

So is it a RAM problem? But if my RAM is broken, how comes no other game has any problems?
Please help me, I have this game for weeks now without being able to play it. :(

Hello I have the same problem since the new version (with the sandbox). Well more or less: the message ended up with "l'état de la mémoire ne peut pas être read", which seems to be a close enough translation. It worked fine before the update, though. Did someone find a solution?

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/904708/fix-you-may-receive-a-the-memory-could-not-be-read-error-message-or-a

You receive a "The memory could not be 'read'" error message because the AS/400 Data Queue ActiveX control tries to read an invalid memory location.

The COM+ Interop type mismatch exception occurs because the AS/400 Data Queue ActiveX control returns record data as a safe array of VT_UI1 data. This data is not Automation compatible. This behavior causes the COM+ Interop layer to return the type mismatch exception because the COM Interop layer does not know how to marshal the VT_UI1 data.

Fix is in the link above.
