I know the feeling, I tend to keep my laptops well past when I should change them and that last year its constant thoughts of can it handle one more game or what about this game. Definitely keep the game on your list to play; very worth it.
Agree~ i'll try this game after i got a new laptop~maybe next year or after i start working~
Have a nice day =)

Though while lower than someone else posted, they are still way above your laptop specs.
Cpu's can be a bit weird if they only mention mhz and not models. The reason being a modern cpu at a lower mhz can easily outperform an old cpu at a high mhz. However your cpu is not exactly modern either so its likely its not going to do the job.
However that being said, even if your cpu was fine, your biggest issue is your graphic card is not even close to being fast enough.

You are using a series 7 model 20, you need at least a series 6 model 60. So yours is newer, but a much much lower model (as per that link the 660 is 539% faster)
No amount of settings is going to make up that gap.
I was watching a youtube vid of someone with your cpu but with 16gb of ram and a 750m, at 1080p they were only getting 12-15 fps and by mid to end game it had dropped to 12-13.
Now if they lowered the res to say 720p instead of 1080p they would have seen a jump, maybe another 10-20fps but the point it the 750m is much faster than yours, and it is not running the game well at all.
