Autuman, 2 days ahead of schedule?
I'm two days ahead of schedule with the shaft structure. Should I be building everything ahead of schedule if I can? Or would it be better to build extra stuff, like researching perks like food, and other buildings, etc... ?

Mainly worried building ahead of schedule will cause an escalation of worker protests before I can settle them.

Your first time playing The Last Autumn (or any other scenario for that matter) is special. It's the only time when you are likely to experience uncertainty, anxiety from the unknown.

We could spoil it to you all, but it would ruin the fun.

But if you insist on receiving some bits of wisdom: Consider researching the available SAFETY technologies before you start each particular large-scale construction.

This campaign hasn't given me that feeling like the others have. It's just good enough to keep going, but something about it seems lesser than the others. This is my enjoyment experience, I'm sure others have a higher opinion.

Also, asking most any question on a forum about a game would ruin the surprise. You could go up and down this forum posting what you did all day long. Seems more trolling than anything else.

If you're enough ahead of schedule, you can end the scenario early even with additional research. You may not be so ahead of schedule as you think, some events can delay your work later... and If you're too late you will fail the scenario (first time you get a warning, second time, you fail).
Also there is a major event at the end that you can avoid if you really are ahead of schedule. You may want to avoid it if you're going for an easier deathless run for instance. If you finish before day 37 (I think), you can avoid the event.
