New player, Last Autumn before Main Game!

I just bought the game and was wondering if I should play Last Autumn first or the Main Game.

No yes it’s a prequel but the story there is not key to the main game. But last autumn is harder than the base game till you know the basics than it get easier than the main game.

While the main game mostly a new home has the turtorial in it so without playing that will be harder to pick up thou yes last autumn teaches you the new stuff without the basic knowledge your expected to know will be harder than needed.

If you want the story first and want to try attempt it on easy as will feel at least like normal of a new home due to missing the basic skills and at least google the turtorail to read it.

Last Autumn is much easier than the main game but the mechanics are different, playing the scenario in order is better

There are also minor elements of side story in Last Autumn that point to the main story of A New Home. If you play Last Autumn first, they kind of lose their impact, imho.

Definitely start with the New Home main scenario. It's the closest the game has to a tutorial, and easiest scenario overall. Also, I'm not sure whether the game will even let you play Last Autumn before New Home, as it doesn't let you play the other ones.

Well cause its dlc is avaible from the beginig duh
But yeah TLA ISs easier then ANH

Yeah the bit about winterhome as well, definitely play the last autumn last
