Hyde Park Corner and Walk on the Grass achievements bugged (not working) in endurance mode?

I'm currently on about day ~83 of my endurance mode extreme difficulty run (first ~3-4 storms were very hard). I just built all three town squares, and all three gardens and no achievement for either... anybody else have this issue?

bump. on day ~110 now and still nada.

Just got walk on the grass by building a steam hub and heating the parks... still no Hyde Park though...

lol... and then I build and connect all three town squares together and the achievement pop-ups. Hope this helps somebody else out. ;0
