People start dying when i build hospital or house of healing
I have enough medical posts and care houses. But when i build a house of healing or hospital, People start dying. It seems like that patients reach the hospital faster than engineers. Suggestions? Or is it a bug? People die because of Lack of treatment....hmmm

While you don`t have infirmaries people will move between different care houses if you switch temperature levels. They will get sicker in the process. And they will die later on the way to infirmary.

I only had One care house with seven patients.

"care house" not heal peope, but "medical pos" or "Infirmary" and "the House of Healing" (if you select faith order) but heals people slower than the Infirmary.

there are two signs that tell you about a sick person. first "red cross" tel you how many people untreated. second "gray color"under "red cross" tell you the person being treated.

so are you sure

Since i have enough care houses for my gravely ill, they dont even go to medical posts. So why they start dying when i finally build just for them an infarmery? I mean they where already ok with the care houses. I just wanted to cure them.

It's a known issue, even the devs have acknowledged it as so. Not much you can do honestly, you can do everything perfect and still have people randomly die even if you have more than enough beds for the sick.

Thank you thats what i wanted to hear. was going crazy ;)
But there are 0 death games... Hmmm... Maybe i should build my hospital Closer to the Place where i Take Engineers Off... so they start working earlier in the hospital...hmmm

It is still possible to do no death if the random dying doesn't trigger. Thing is, this used to not exist before Survivor mode was a thing; ie. you can consistently get no death. Now it apparently persists even in lower difficulties.

As said there are random triggers of death in each game. One in particular event is linked to healer houses(you can "cheat" this by seeing the time and empty all hospitals), same goes for the overtime death.
