bug on outpost winterhome

So basically, i should recieve 800 coal every x hours. The issue is that most of the time i don't see the scout going back and forth from the city.

I have to click dismantle and then build an outpost and then i see the scout going forward to the city within 5hours.

As soon as it arrives, if i click dismantle and build outpost again, the scout starts again from the outpost toward the city taking 5 hours

Basically i don't see it going back and forth, but just back toward the city. Is it a bug?

It does give you 800 coal every day. That one scout group going from the outpost to your city carries the whole 800 coal for you for that day, and they go out at the exact same time every day.
What you're doing with dismantling is an exploit and it will actually give you more than 800 coal per day because you trigger the resource transport more than once a day.
