Have (3) monitors, how do I move the game to 2nd or 3rd monitors?
Is there a way to move the game from primary monitor to 2nd or 3rd monitor? Already tried doing the ALT-ENTER trick, but it doesn't pop into a window, tried all 3 settings, Full-Screen-Exclusive, Full-Screen-Borderless Window, and Windowed.

Thanks in advance for any help!!

No takers? I sorta had a workaround by setting it to Windowed and one resolution step down from my desktop resolution. So I do have a game window that I can move to another monitor. However, then resizing it back up or choosing any of the fullscreen options, it goes back to primary monitor. I guess that's how it works for now...

That's typically done either via in-game settings or via command line arg named something along "-adapter x".

Since this is an in-house engine i was not able to find any info about valid cmdl args and the aforementioned "-adapter" isn't working either :-/

I have two monitors. I have Steam open in monitor 2 and games launch in monitor 1. I think this is driven by Nividia Desktop manager--it's set to open windows (not the Windows) in Mon 1 and I "train" Steam to open in Mon 2 by minimizing and moving, then maximizing and exiting.

I have no idea if that will work for you but that's what works for me.

Note generally speaking games only launch on the 'primary' monitor as defined by windows

thanks for the replies... glad it wasn't just me having this issue... or maybe not an issue, but wish there was a setting to display on other monitors like other games... should be standard by now... but it's more "nice to have" than a need...

Try looking into graphic card software. There may be an option to set it up as you like

The dev does not enable the "Windows" key while the game is running, which would help us making the game run in any screens (on a multi-screens setup). That way we can run the game in Borderless mode and use "Shift"+"Windows"+"any arrow keys" to send the game to any screen we would like.

As it stands now, we are not able to use the "windows" key on our keyboard when we are in the game.

This is how i solve the issue of sending any game to another monitor, but for this game, well it seems like the Dev is deciding that my other screens are obsolete

Thanks

As of now you have to go into your PC's display settings, choose the monitor you want to play on, and select the option to make it your main display prior to launching the game.

I found a Solve for this if anyone is still looking.

Boot the game up go to desktop

Windows Tab to open Task View

Right Click on the game and snap right/left moves the game
