There isn't any cartooniness
A minor nit-pick, I know.
That said, I'm not sure how anyone would say this game looks cartoony. Dishonored had it in some of the faces of a few characters you come across in the game (though the rest of it was a lot less so). This game doesn't even have that.
Both of them had a heavy steam punk theme (just in Dishonored's case replace steam with barrels of whale oil and then add in some magic).

Do not say the same thing.
How hard is this to comprehend?
cause it is cold in the game?
