From the patch notes October 10th:
Added a new achievement. When reaching 10 million Slaps, a magic button will appear in the Upgrades Menu, which will delete all your progress (Slaps and Upgrades only) in exchange for a new achievement

After you've reached 10 million slaps, head to upgrades and you'll see a big red button at the bottom. Clicking it will reset everything & achievement will pop.

Ah yes, that's correct. After you reach 10 million slaps you will see a button to let you wipe all your progress in the Upgrades menu. But you should only do that if you really hate yourself
