Missing point happen twice

What happen? Did the game have an update or what? Yesterday my point went back 0, so i started accumulating it again, this morning it went back 0 again

It isn't intentional. It's a bug. I don't know why that would happen so it's a weird one. Let me know what you lost and show me your achievements. I'll make a save file for you.

The last trophy I got was 10,000 Slaps and as far as I remember I was at 80,000 when I lost the progress, all upgrades unlocked except for the last two Auto-Slap upgrades.

instead of opening a new thing i figure i'll add myself to this. my computer got shut off accidentally after i already got back to over 10mil slaps after already getting the reset achievment and was hoping to get something back, i dont wanna start again lol. thank you <3

I bought all upgrades and slapped 1kk+.... And then everything disappeared and became 0

Can i get help too? I lost my progress of almost 4 million slaps and full upgrades from a power outage.

the same thing happened to me for the 2nd time when I logged the million and they added the achievement of 10 million and left me at 0, today I was over 9 million. i go out and when i come back it's at 0 i want to die
too many to say that I have been working for more than 170 hours

I made a separate post about it but I have had this same issue, I was around 9.7 mil but as long as I got close-ish to what I had I would be appreciative. I have all but the 10mil and wipe achievement and like 150hrs

I had yesterday about 230 000 claps, today 0. But my 23 Butts are still there. Upgrades also gone.
