Controls not working propperly

I paid 139 EUR for a product that doesn't work at all. If the controls doesn't work propperly the entire software is useless. This is a serious warning, I won't accept that and I will find the responsible person in reality for a heavy discussion. The time has come to pay the bills. Enough is enough.

So can you tell us exactly what happen and more importantly, wich controles does not work for you? Are you using an xbox controller, mouse and keyboard or rc-controller. I have been using my spectrum dx6 all the time and that seem to work flawlesly all the time iwith aerofly rc 7.

I tried the xbox controller and after that I tried the mouse and keyboard. But even I don't touch the mouse, there are any input, I can see it while configuring the mouse that there is something going on. But my mouse is definitly working correct, I use it for pro retouching with photoshop and for this kind of work you need high precision. I am so upset about devs who just keep the cash even with a product that doesn't work propperly.

Remember that aerofly RC7 is mertely a 'training software' for rc airplane, drone etc. So I never tried other controllers other that I mentioned because of that. I remember that at first I did actualy tried an xbox1 controller and it worked for me that time. Not sure after the updates if still works. I moved to the spectrum dx6 because that is just the one controller used for this sim. You may try to get one too they are very cheap nowdays on amazon or ebay.

Ok, ive tried just minute ago and mouse with keyboard seems to work with me here, so you know. Not sure why it isen't working at your side. Maby you have some sort of third party software running in the background for your mouse? And I suggest 'high' precision software if active through a 3 party, woulden't be needed and only seem to have issues. Already it's pain to fly with mouse and keyboard especially with heli. You can adjust it though through the game settings so you be good. Controller I did not try, I can't find the damn thing lol.

Ok, so my xbox1 controller does work too. I crashed 3 times but it is working lol.

I have and am using an XBox 360 and an XBox One controller and Both are working exactly as they should.

Have you configured the controller?
The first time you play, you need to "scan for controller", select the one you want and then configure it.
After that, just select the automatically detected controller if the game does not do it itself.

Thanks for all the answers and sorry for not responding anymore. Some loved person in my family has died. I don't even know if the problem still exists. In the near future I will be happy to use your hints.
