Error:16010 PLS HELP ME :C

Every time if i click on the game button to start the hunter: primal there happens that: the game intro start and then ends in the same moment.... i dont know why, theres no error code or something like this. it just start and end in the same moment.... then i tried to go to Steam\SteamApps\common\theHunterPrimal\launcher and just started the launcher with a hope to start the game maybe there, but then i clicked to start and then there was an error code: 16010 and there was written that i have to restart steam and the game and try again... i did.. it still doesnt work. i dont know what to do here, pls help me :CC

Try to delete it and reïnstall. If that doesnt work check your firewall.

i installed this game on a second account cuz there was a purchase bug... now i deleted it how you said... so, now it isnt in my library.... why it isnt there?!?! ok ok maybe its something with my second account... i want to go to my second account to allow to play it on my primary account once again... oh i forgot the name of my second account! i just know password and email address... so i sent a link to my email account so that i get the name... i go to my email box... OH there is NO message!!! WHY THERE ISNT ANY MESSAGE?!?!?!? I DONT WANT TO BUY THIS GAME ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!! WHYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? *dead*

You dont know the name off it..... Hmmm maybe try to find some old emails that can tell the name.

Ok so you know the email adres and password just contact steam support they should know that account.
