Hipefire Augment not working
says proc chance is 100% but its not working since the patch before patch all hits would proc whatever element was on the weapon now it seems to just not work at all

LOL +100%, not 100%.
So if u have 5% chance +100%, it'll be 10%.

think of it as your Proc chance doubles from what you actually have like KMC said. So for it to be 100% you'd need to have 50% base.
