Short answer: pcm games will not be on consoles, because of controllers.

it looks like they do console versions, but seems only pc, ps4, ps3, xbox one

Not the same. Pro Cycling Manager on PC, you can make a carrer, play for many seasons, and ride every stages, the 2nd game is The Tour de France, (which is exclusive for consoles) and on which you can ride only the Tour stages :)
