Player Doesn't Stop Walking Forward and Left

I literally just got this game and hopped into it to find that my player will not stop walking forward and left as if I was holding down "W" and "A". My keyboard is not at fault because I changed the controls to something else and my character was still moving in the same fashion. The game is unplayable if I can't fix this. The only way I can make my player stop is if I hold the "D" and "S" keys to counteract it or open up a menu.

Actually, it seems like when I push W or A while holding down D and S, the game regestiers that I wasn't pushing W or A in the first place. From what it seems is that the game itself is forcing my character to walk forward and left and my client side imputs are adding onto that.

Uhm... it appears that my rotary pedals are what's causing this. Something in this game is registering my pedals and it's causing my movement. Well, for anyone else that has this problem, there you go. Phew.

Okay, it appears that if you have any other equipment like joysticks, throttles, rotary pedals, anything, it ♥♥♥♥♥ with your game.

I have to disconnect all my Elite Dangerous gear to play WA or else....wonked. Why can't WA use a Thrustmaster HOTAS setup? A dedicated Air Captains delight!

This is crap. I've disconnected all my wheels and pedal and only have keyboard and mouse plugged in. Still keeps walking forward and won't stop 😭
