Bossa willing to refund but steam say no :P
What Bossa announced is : you are eligible for a refund if you have purchased Worlds Adrift on the Steam Store between the dates of April 29th 2019 and this announcement on May 29th 2019.

I bought the game in May 9th 2019 and request to refund ~ but steam policy only refund if you have below 2 gaming hours. (mine 150 hours)

Does steam really have the right to stop Bossa refund to me??

So because of the special circumstances in this case we were able to work with Valve to extend the usual refund window from 2 to 4 weeks, as well as remove the 2 hour time limit. If Steam has denied your refund please can you submit a support ticket via this link - https://bossastudios.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new including your Steam details and proof of purchase and we'll get this sorted for you.

What about the rest of us? The founders that paid £50 for the promise of playing this game during the early stages and getting exclusive content once the game was finished?
Just because you think you legally are allowed to rip us off like this, doesn't make it right.
