How do you move items from inventory - chest quickly?

Most games have a shift-click or something to quickly move items between inventories. Does this game have anything like that?

Floating in the space between the chest window and your inventory window are two arrow buttons. Those move all contents from one to the other, depending on which you click.

Note that if you use it to move all items from your inventory to a container, it will include your belt stuff as well.

I was thinking the same thing...

It's probably more of a case where the mass move button hasn't been updated to account for the belt area (the belt is a fairly new addition).

That would make sense. I guess the inventory and belt are the same container then. I can imagine how many other things would need redoing if they weren't.

From some of the inventory glitches I've seen, the entire screen is all the same container.

Yes, originally the player inventory screen took up the entire grid. The lower three (four if you count the spacer) grid rows were converted into the new belt area.
