Logitech gameoad f310 not recognized by the game on linux
i have issue in getting my gamepad to work does the game support my gamepad logitech f310?? i have ubuntu 16.04 64bit

The game unfortunately supports only XINPUT gamepads right now. That means any gamepad which is connected similar way as official Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller.

We are unable to support more controllers. But you can rebind your controller using different driver.

yah this is quite funny logitech does use x-input and still cannot be used in the game so i i guess this is not a full controller support

Same here. I own Logitech F710 which is pretty popular wireless gamepad. I expect the game with "Full controller support" badge to support it.

Logitech F710 is supported via xinput driver. It's fully working with Blackhole.

Please, make sure you will follow this setup: http://support.logitech.com/en_za/article/21360?product=a0qi00000069ueXAAQ

And also, please make sure, you're using official xinput driver for Windows ... But since you're playing on Ubuntu, I guess that could be a problem.

Last thing: Full controller support means, that if you will use controller mentioned in our hardware requirements (Official X360 Controller), we are ensuring that the whole game is playable via controller without need of keyboard or mouse input.

Full Controller Support badge doesn't mean we, as developers, has to support every controller on the planet :). Sorry.

yah that was clear but you said that the game supports xinput gamepads and thats why i reply and said it does not work with logitech which is an xinput gamepad

But actually it works with xinput - aren't you using xpad driver?

I'm playing on Mac OS, so no XInput for me. Thanks for clarification, I guess I've just misunderstood the badge's meaning.

On MAC OS is whole different story. Please, check our PUBLIC BETA branch to see if controller is working. It should, because we have fixed a lot of tiny things for controller recognition :).
