Tower Dominion

Space Bar - Instant Defeat?
Pressed my spacebar during the screen to start the next round. Boom - you have been defeated.

No enemies were anywhere near my HQ so I have no idea whatsoever how this happened.

I'd also like to suggest in the past week or so...... the game's initial loading is taking much more time than when I first dl'd it so something's up with that too :-)

Thank you for the report! We'll investigate.

Did you take overclocked cogitators? that deals 2000 damage to your hq at the start of a wave and can indeed kill you. Not sure how you're actually supposed to use that upgrade.

I've done that too. There's an upgrade you purchase that has the downside of instantly doing 2000 damage to your base. Perhaps highlighting that fact in the text could help players see that.

Hmm... such a thing is possible... because I was a way into the campaign.. perhaps that may have been what happened..

Tracking the health thing in such instances.... I should pay more attention :-)

The text is a tad small on those cards :-) I bet that's what happened!!!

Thanks for clearing it up - - - now just to get that opening startup going more quickly. All the best!
earlier this week I also instantly died on wave start and was at full health so I think i would have survived a 2000 hit
In the description think it says 2000 per round, not just once.

True, but you'd think it would be some kind of error or some poorly explained functionality because getting an HQ to regenerate 2000 hp a turn doesn't seem feasable, right? And for a mere 100 extra supply per round. Turns out the dev said on the discord it's not supposed to reduce your HQ below 1hp which makes more sense. If it were actually implemented in the demo that is...
That makes more sense. I thought it was for some future endless mode where you have 12k base point and 20% healing per round.

You definitely can make your HQ regenerate 2000 hp a turn with a bunch of miradors placed next to HQ. It's not even a bad idea because miradors can do really well when you have enough of them. The problem is by the time it will be possible to sruvive that amount of damage every round you don't really need 100 extra supply per round

I think it's just a power that, given the limitations of the towers/cards available in the demo, SHOULDN'T be available itself. In the full game, there is likely a route to get 2000 HP repair a round.

We've received similar feedback regarding overclocked cogitators and will explore ways to clarify its function.
