Virtue and Diplo?

Do things like slander, alienate and the like have more chance of success if you are low virtue?

I know certain diplo things are easier depending on your virtue (low virtue = intimidate, high virtue = petition)

But im not sure what the repurcutions are for using peition/intimidate or even the other 2 (which always have the lowest %) i assume the other 2 are for the other 2 virtue states other than neutral.

Conversely, if you are high virtue does scout/invite have a higher chance of success?

Not just Virtue, some Way of Life have hidden number that affect the chance of some of Scheme commands. Especially the one mostly carried by intellect type.

Also recruit is much more easier and cheaper with low rank Way of Life (Ordinary Man for one) plus high friendship rating.
