About the Empire mode..

Hello !

I started the first Empire scenario (Yellow Turban Rebellion) and I don't fully understand what to do.

I'm basically just doing random quests/raids or any action that doesn't matter but passes months and wait for my kingdom leader to invade somebody so I can help the invasion and conquer the entire map.

It's been around 1year (in-game) and I'm still fighting with my basic first weapons since I couldn't find better with quests..
Can't seem to upgrade the Blacksmith or anything so doing random missions and wait for the leader to invade, is that it ? Or am I missing something ?

The only way to get better weapons aside from finding them or doing quests is by making Weapon Smiths in the lands owned by you, assuming you have the option to build them.

The more Weaponsmiths and other such buildings you have in your lands the more items you can buy from those shops, other than earning them thats the only way to buy weapons/items and stratagems.

You can only have 2 buildings in each territory that you own, so the more you have the better.

Also, every territory has different items/stratagems that you can buy and a required amount of shops are needed to buy some of them. Requirements are from 1-6 shop buildings.

So all you need are up to 6 of each shop to be built in order to buy anything that you unlock by owning that territory.

Another question, can you switch the Favorite Weapon of your Officier once the empire started ? I found a weapon I like more than the one I picked when I created but I'm going to lose the EX-Attacks since it's not the favorite.

Can I fix that ?

Shop only sells common weapons - white circle stuff which have less attributes than unique.
If you want unique..
= Do quests.
= Defeat officer in invasion/defense battle with musou move/offensive stratagem. (only in Empire mode, in free mode they only drops empty box)..
= Get one as gift from friend, spouse, sworn sibling or your boss.
= Unlock them in Option at title menu. But you need additional bonus points just to use them in new Empire mode game (free to use in Free mode).

You cannot change favourite weapon in mid way of game. You have to edit him/her again then start new game just for that.

Yeah you can change the equipment and favourite weapon as well as move sets. When you're looking at your camp/HQ press start and select system. You will find everything there.

Start -> System -> Only has

Also, is there a way to upgrade your stats when you level up or is it always automatic ?

Automatic stats, there isnt sword n shield stat items anymore
So only by leveling and equipping items can you raise your stats.

Also, i havent figured out how to use the bonus point weapons in Empire mode.
From what ive seen, they appear in Free Mode, along with anything else you bought with the bonus points. So i dont think you can actually use them in Empire mode..

You can. On the screen when you select difficulty, hit whatever is mapped to right bumper and you'll go over to the screen with the bonus point options.

Hi again !

I've recently decided to leave my Ruler and raise my kingdom by myself; but I noticed the Quest disapeared from my Battle Menu :/

I was doing it a lot to provide myself with supplies/weapons, is there any way to quest again once you're a Ruler or is it gone ?

Quest only appear when you are Vagabond, in or leading Wandering Army, Lieutenant or Common. As ruler, you should try to build Weapon Forge to buy weapons from them or hopefully get to see drops in invasion/defense battle.
