Middle: I'm not saying that the catapults themselves are overpowered, but I am saying that they are a bit too spammable due to the resources required to make them in hindsight are not that many. I would suggest adding 1 gear to the recipe for each catapult, and making it to where they are guaranteed to drop the gear when destroyed, much like a fridge. Winona's catapults will be a viable solution to bosses even in late game as they are basically an extra damage dealer, but the problem is they are easily obtainable in early game.

Beginning: Hey guys, firstly, I would like to thank you for this AMAZING update to Winona. I'm a decently long DST player, and I would say that she has possibly gone from one of the worst characters to play to probably one of the best. With that though I would say that there is one thing that still doesn't quite feel right pertaining to Winona's catapults. Don't get me wrong, they are AMAZING, and relatively unique. I just feel that they are a bit too amazing; as a long time raid boss killer, I think that they are a bit too easy to obtain.

Always good to see devs willing to increase loot drops. Too many ruin games with ♥♥♥♥ drops in favor of making players buy any cosmetics that don't look like garbage

(1/2) what kind of drawback is 5 hunger lost on something crafted ONCE every minute?! you guys had the perfect con of her having to lose hunger EVERY TIME she crafted. now she feels insanely overpowered. losing only 5 hunger when she needs to make something will literally never effect a player. meanwhile characters that she is now on arguably on par with (such as wolfgang, wigfrid, wickerbottom etc) suffer way farther than that. wolfgang has high hunger drain and some sanity loss to make up for his power, wickerbottom has lots of problems with sanity and cant sleep, wigfrid cant eat anything but meat-based foods, etc.

(2/2) she is no longer a female wilson, do not give her actual positives without any sort of drawback. the only reason i have a problem is because im worried that with each of these character refreshes the characters will get easier and easier to play, which will make the game feel a lot more casual and easy (think about how bad and easy the insanity system is) seeing as that is how you are designing your first refresh.

tl;dr GREAT BUG FIXES/CHANGES/CHARACTER REFRESH BUT REVERT WINONAS DRAWBACK OR GIVE HER MORE OF THEM

my suggestion is that you change it so that it costs her hunger every time she crafts within 5 seconds, and the timer doesn't reset. that means that she wont be negatively effected too bad if shes spam crafting things like rope, but will still actually have a drawback that is in any way shape or form present on her character. please consider this
