Find a touchstone, and haunt it, (or interact with it) and you'll be resurrected.

You could also haunt the portal (the one you enter at the beginning of the game) to resurrect. Doing this will lower your max health though

Or if you are playing with a friend, have them make a telltale heart

If you play Endless mode, the spawn portal will resurrect you with a penalty to your max Health (-40 I think).

If you play in Survival mode, you can't use the portal this way. Instead you need to haunt a Touchstone or a Meat Effigy and you will resurrect for no penalty - but you will use up the Touchstone/Effigy (this also works in Endless mode).

A Telltale Heart will resurrect you in either mode, but you get a max Health penalty.

The only way to recover the max Health penalty is to make Booster jabs, but they cost a LOT of Reeds (12 each).

There's also a mod in the workshop named: "No respawn penalty". It will resurrect you directly
