Voice Chat?

Is voice communication already in the game or am I missing it? Also if it's not do they plan to add it later?

I don't think there's an in-game voice chat, but you can use the voice chat that's in the steam-chat window.

Basically, in the steam chat window, there's a little dropdown box on the top right, click it, and then select "start voice chat". It's what my friend uses sometimes when skype isn't working.
Might take you a minute or two to configure it if you've never used it before, but it'll allow you to chat in game.
