How to get more health
I played DS about 1.5 years ago and racked up like 40 hours. Now I'm back for DST, but am failing to find a good way to regain health after battles, etc.

Does anyone have a bulleted list of the easiest/best ways to regain health? I know eating gives *some* back, but not enough for me to actually do productive things.

My favourite way to restore hp is to make fishsticks. You can make them in the crock pot. It's about 40ish for each one

Uses 1 fish, 1 stick, and 2 filler items that cannot be more sticks.

Cooked dragon fruit, eggplant and pomrgranate all restore pretty good health I've found.

try butter muffin, fishstick or frog sandwich. you can use my recipe here {ENLACE ELIMINADO} (description: ?; you can use anything in that group / aka filler item, ? - *x*; suggested to use *x* as an ingredient, ? = !*y*; you can't use *y* ingredient, all of these assume you didn't use any valuable ingrediant like honey or better)

edit: the easiest thing is either frog sandwich or butter muffin i guess, frog sandwich req. a trap or a spear and log armor to hunt frog, while the muffin req. you to puch the butterfly when they land on the flower (ctrl + f can make it easier)
