Nobody can see my server on the list

I'm not sure what to do, whenever I try to host, my server does not show up in the server list. I press play, I press host server, I put the info in (no, it's not set to LAN mode), I start ingame and wait. What am I doing wrong? Everyone says "port forwarding not needed" so I'm not sure.

I believe Klei is already working on the problem ATM since there seems to be a server issue I suggest just waiting for a bit till they fix the issue since I am sure that is what is causing you to not be seen in the server lists.

I had this issue too- i list a game, it doesn't appear on the server list. I list it with another computer, there it is. So some setting on my end is probably wrong, but which?

Strange... after a while it went on the list on its own. I'm not quite sure how the listings work. It seems intermittent at best.

my friend create a server and i cant join and his server doesnt show on the list,and when i host he can join,but my computer is a crap so he have some lag...

my friends server name has a special character,i told him to change the server name,and worked,try and say to me if works

I know its obvious but checked your firewall and portforwarding?

This game apparently doesn't require port forwarding. Firewall is disabled.

Lucaine in general when they say that they mean it uses Steams API, and the game piggy backs off steams ports. But Auto Portforwarding is finicky.

If youve forwarded for any other valve game like CSGO, CSS or Gmod then it will be a different issue.

The port youll need is 27015 to 27018.

I'm having the issue where my IP appears to be 1.0.0.127 when I host a game, and no one can join. I really want to host a private server with a friend but I can't host, and he can't host either. :(
