How do I get the gravestones back?

I was using my clean sweeper to change the skins on random objects and I used it on the grave stones to change them, to the gothic version but instead it made the grave stones disappear completely and I can't use the clean sweeper on the non-existent gravestone to change it back. Is there anything I can do to get the gravestone back after vanishing it with clean sweeper?

You have to locate a gnome, a cutstone, and 1 nightmare fuel, and place them all near the grave during a full moon. If its a already dug out grave, you also have to fight the Celestial Champion and place one enlightened shard into the open grave beforehand, in order to repair the grave hole. Then, after you kill the ghost, it has a 50% chance to waste your time by writing useless replies on your steam discussion.

I guess I'm going to have to go into console to do it if no one has any real suggestions.

Check it again. There is a grave hole skin that screwed me up once and i suspect might be your problem. try to change the skin of the hole on the ground.

I double checked. Sorry I don't see any hole on the ground at all. All I see in the mound of the grave I never dug up with a pipspook next to it but nothing around it that can be seen or interacted with,
