Hit Woby with a "Clean Sweeper" to change her skin

While in character selection, if your character has unique equipment they spawn with that has a reskin you can choose the skin of that items (Like Abigail's flower or willow's lighter)

it's a option on the page where you'd dress your character when loading into a server

That doesn't work with Woby AFAIK cause unlike Abigail and her flower Woby isn't tied to any items you spawn with / she isn't an item herself.

You need Clean Sweeper
