-Make sure that DST is allowed/whitelisted on any anti-virus software that they're using (as well as on their modem/router).
The second issue is admin failure:
-Make sure that they're signed in as Admin (on both PC and Steam).
After doing all of the above, have them relaunch the game, and see if that corrects the issues (restarting their PC might also be necessary).
If they still have issues launching the game; simply copy/paste the new crash log here and we'll see if there's anything else causing an issue.

Well, today my friend deactivated the antivirus and ran Steam as administrator, but according to what his Log shows, his problem still persists.
We also tried to give "administrator permissions" to the pc, but what it did was generate a new user with the permissions and that user has to download dst again (I don't know how to share folders between users lol)
