How to go back in time?

I read in this griefing thread that was closed that hosts can revert the world to an earlier day prior to the grief. If that's possible, how is it achieved?
(I'm only curious and this might help people that don't know about such a feature, I myself never played with strangers so far, only in pw protected servers with friends.)

There is a roll back feature which is used to revert back how many days the auto saves can save each day max can be around 10days so if a troll burns your base you can just ban him and then revert back the steps for a dedicated server im not sure go look on the wiki or if you host a server from client it will be one of the tabs up at the top.

c_rollback(n)

n being the number, so for example:

c_rollback(5)

would roll you back 5 saves. Or 5 days if you don't do manual saving.

c_rollback()

would roll you back 1 day(save) though.

He was saying how griefers were made and if you didn't tell him where your base was he'd destroy it or something right?
