I tried c_reset(true) but it doesnt reset the world..

c_regenerateworld if you want to regenerate the world. If you have caves + overworld this will regenerate both at the same time.

If you only want to change the caves or overworld you do this:

c_regenerateshard on one of the consoles to change either the overworld or caves.
